I’ve been thinking about all of you during this tumultuous time. I wanted to let you know that I’m here for you and to ask how can I best serve you?  There are so many thoughts that run through our minds at times like this.  There’s no doubt. These are times that you and I will remember for the rest of our lives.

This month I’d like to share some personal thoughts with you.

In my life as I’ve traveled around this country and other areas, I’m always fascinated by the idea that we are all alike. We all have the same hopes and dreams. We all pray for our loved ones to be healthy. We all desire to provide for ourselves and our families, and we all hope for a better future for the next generation.

The United States is the ultimate melting pot. We come from many other nations and we share the same hopes and dreams.

I am praying for all of us to remember who we are.

We are all part of the brotherhood (and sisterhood) that makes this Nation remarkable.

We’re being invited to pay attention. We are being catalyzed to move forward in ways that will matter not only for us but for generations to come.

As we get back to business, I invite you to consider that a prosperous life doesn’t always require working long hours and pushing yourself to your limit. That living your best life can include spending time with those you love and getting back to the things that really matter to you. That you can re-learn to balance your life and to re-create a life of health, grace, and prosperity. That you can essentially re-invent yourself and go forward based on what you’ve learned in the past, and that you do not have to keep recycling your old habits. This is a time of great catalyzation and a time for change. Be remarkable. Let’s be the change. Be compassionate with yourself and everyone you meet.

Together, we will find our way.

P.S. If this resonates with you and you find these ideas useful, let me know by replying anytime. On August 7 we will begin a trial five-week coaching program (at a hugely discounted rate) for those interested in further learning and creating more impact, having more FUN, and finding their strength through flexibility.
