“Life doesn’t get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient.”
― Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free
It is so rare to see a rainbow from end to end. This one appeared at the end of a fall rain and was visible in the sky for miles and miles. Hopeful? Yes. A harbinger of change? who really knows? Certainly everything is different than it ever was before. There are as many social media and political opinions as there are individuals reading them. Do we need to be catalyzed? absolutely. This is a time for deep breaths and a personal practice of meditation and stillness to keep oneself calm and even tempered.
If you missed our first Healing workshop in September, we will be offering it again in January!
In November we are offering a deeper dive into individual healing practices such as mediation and visualization. If you are interested but not sure you’re quite there yet, reach out to me so we can have a conversation to see which would be a better fit for you.
IF YOU:
Have ever wondered if you are the ONLY one that feels like there might be more?
More – of life, of love, or of just everything?
Have ever felt like there’s got to be an easier, more graceful way of living this life?
Or that you have more to contribute?
Or that there might be other women that feel just like you?
Or that there could be less pain in your physical and emotional body?
Or even that you just wish you could say NO?
You are not alone! and, I have good news! it doesn’t have to be so hard.
Most of you know me, and know that, at the age of 49 I suffered a debilitating stroke, lost my vision, and was told I would never recover. Today,17 years later, I’m happier and healthier and stronger than ever before. I learned to heal myself and through my own healing process and ten years of study, I have developed a unique set of tools that I’d love to be able to share with you too! You can reach me at 248-390-8153 or lynettefioroni@gmail.com, or www.tinyurl.com/callwithlynette to set up a complimentary exploratory conversation.
I dearly love working with brilliant, mature and successful women just like you. I believe we all can enjoy new directions, no matter what season of life we are in.
Whether it’s feeling better physically, emotionally or mentally, or just feeling more “full” spiritually, together we are going to take a deeper dive into some of the questions that my clients have been asking me for years, and some questions that have recently been surfacing due to the pandemic. I was blessed with learning this unique set of tools and I would love to share them with you.
VIRTUAL WORKSHOP BEGINNING IN NOVEMBER
Be the Bridge
When everyone around you is sputtering and complaining, check your posture and your balance and literally be the bridge between them and a more peaceful way.
Benefits of Tree pose
– Improves balance and stability in the legs.
– On a metaphysical level, helps one to achieve balance in other aspects of life.
– Strengthens the ligaments and tendon of the feet.
– Strengthens and tones the entire standing leg, up to the buttocks.
– Assists the body in establishing pelvic stability.
Fall Recipe Idea
We here in the midwest know that fall brings an abundance of lovely ripe fruit. It is still possible to get beautiful peaches. Last week I made this lovely sorbet:
Ingredients:
3 peaches, halved, pitted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar (or natural sweetener)
4 cups (520 g) ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to High.
3. Blend for 30 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form.
4. Stop machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately, or freeze. Literally takes 10 minutes to make!
“So often in life, things that you regard as an impediment turn out to be great, good fortune.”
