CULTIVATING NEXT GENERATION WOMEN LEADERS

MEET LYNETTE FIORONI

Fierce determination and a passion to cultivate the fighter within are a part of Lynette Fioroni’s DNA. As a young woman, she successfully built a financial services business from the ground up. Out of 70 financial advisors, she was only 1 of a handful of women to succeed in a large office at Merrill Lynch. At the age of 49, Lynette suffered a debilitating stroke and was told she would never see again, but it did not stop her vision of success. In fact, that’s where she discovered the advantage of her own disadvantage, which is a mantra she still uses to this day. Lynette recovered and built a new direct sales business and took it all the way to the top.

A fearless catalyst and survivor, she has persevered in spite of the stress, abuse and neglect as a child and has thrived in a male-dominated corporate world. Lynette is a passionate mentor and transformational leader. Her purposeful mission is to inspire young women entrepreneurs to achieve greatness by transforming their business, health and emotional wealth portfolios into a bigger personal vision as catalysts for the next generation of women leaders.
